Who We Help

When Food Matters as Much as the Moment

We work with couples who refuse to settle for cookie-cutter catering on the most important day of their lives. You’re planning a celebration that reflects your story, your values, and your taste, not a vendor’s template from three years ago.

Whether you’re hosting 50 guests at an intimate estate ceremony or 200 at a winery reception, we build custom menus around peak-season ingredients from local farms we know by name.

If you believe your guests deserve farm-to-table authenticity paired with flawless service, and you want to actually enjoy your wedding day instead of managing caterers, we should talk.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions About Wedding Catering in Corona

Have questions about your wedding catering needs? You’re not alone. Here are answers to the most common things we’re asked by wedding clients when planning their big day.

Are you available on our wedding date, and have you worked at our venue before?

We maintain a limited calendar to give every wedding the attention it deserves. Contact us with your date and venue, and we’ll confirm availability within 24 hours. We’ve catered weddings across Orange County, Riverside County, Los Angeles County, and San Bernardino County at venues ranging from intimate estates to 200-guest wineries.

Even if we haven’t worked at your specific venue, we visit every location before your event to assess kitchen access, power requirements, and service flow so nothing is left to chance.

What are our menu options at our budget level, and how customizable are they?

Every menu is built from scratch around your vision, guest preferences, and what’s peak season on your wedding date. We don’t work from preset packages.

During your consultation, we discuss your budget, style preferences, and any must-have dishes, then craft a custom proposal featuring seasonal ingredients from our partner farms like Armstrong Ranch and JR Organics.

Whether you’re planning a three-course plated dinner, family-style service, or interactive food stations, your menu reflects your story, not a template we’ve served 50 times before.

Do you offer tastings, and are they included in the pricing?

Yes. Tastings are scheduled 8–12 weeks before your wedding once your menu is finalized.

We prepare full portions of your selected dishes so you experience exactly what your guests will taste, the same recipes, same sourcing, same presentation.

Tastings are included for weddings over 75 guests; smaller celebrations have a tasting fee that’s credited back when you book. We also welcome dietary restriction testing during tastings so you can approve every accommodation before the big day.

How do you handle food allergies and dietary restrictions?

We treat dietary needs as menu planning requirements, not afterthoughts. During your consultation, we document every allergy, restriction, and preference.  Whether vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, nut allergies, and beyond, we got you covered.

Each restricted meal is prepared with separate equipment, clearly labeled, and plated distinctly so service staff can deliver the right dish to the right guest.

We’ve handled everything from celiac-safe wedding cakes to macro-calibrated meals for performance athletes, so your cousin with Crohn’s disease and your vegan bridesmaid both eat confidently and comfortably.

How is your pricing structured, and what's included in the quote?

Pricing is per person and includes menu design, ingredient sourcing, preparation, professional service staff, setup, full-service execution, and cleanup.

Your proposal breaks down food costs, staffing, rentals (if we’re providing them), travel fees for venues outside Corona, and any add-ons like late-night snacks or dessert stations.

We don’t hide fees in fine print. Service charges, tax, and optional gratuity are listed separately so you see exactly where every dollar goes before you sign.

What additional fees should we expect beyond the per-person price?

Most additional costs come from rentals (China, glassware, linens), travel for venues over 30 miles from Corona, overtime if your reception runs past the contracted end time, or specialty requests like tableside carving stations or custom dessert displays.

If your venue requires us to rent a commercial kitchen or bring in generators for outdoor locations with no power, those costs are outlined in your proposal. We also charge a cake-cutting fee if you’re bringing dessert from an outside bakery. Every fee is explained upfront, no surprises on your final invoice.

How many staff members will be on-site, and what are their roles?

Staffing ratio depends on service style and guest count. For plated dinners, we bring one server per 15–20 guests, plus chefs, a lead coordinator, and support staff for bar setup, buffet management, or carving stations.

For a 100-guest plated reception, expect 5–7 team members on-site. For buffet or family-style service, ratios adjust accordingly. Every team member has a defined role. Plating, tableside service, beverage refills, clearing courses, managing dietary restrictions, and our lead coordinator runs the timeline so your planner or venue coordinator can focus on everything beyond the food.

Do you provide bar service, or do we need a separate bartender?

Yes, we offer full bar service as part of our catering packages. Our licensed bartenders handle everything from cocktail hour through last call, coordinating seamlessly with dinner service so your celebration flows without gaps or confusion.

We can design bar packages ranging from beer and wine only to full open bars with premium spirits, craft cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. If you prefer to bring your own alcohol, we’ll provide bartending staff, setup, glassware, ice, and breakdown, you just supply the bottles.

Either way, our bar team syncs with our kitchen timeline so appetizers, wine pairings, and signature drinks all arrive at the right moment.
