New Year’s Eve Celebrations

New Year’s Eve calls for something special. Think seared scallops with a champagne beurre blanc passed on slate boards. Wagyu beef sliders with truffle aioli. A raw bar with oysters on the half shell. Every bite is designed to look as good as it tastes, because New Year’s Eve is a night people photograph. A midnight dessert spread with chocolate truffles, crème brûlée, and sparkling wine pairings.

We design New Year’s Eve menus that build through the evening: light bites early, substantial stations as the night progresses, and a showstopper spread for the countdown. Your guests remember the food as much as the party itself. Every course is timed to the rhythm of the night, so the countdown feels earned and the last bite lands right before the champagne pour.

New Year's Day Brunches & Gatherings

New Year’s Day is about slow mornings and soft landings. After a late night of champagne and noise, your guests want something warm, grounding, and a little indulgent. We cater New Year’s Day brunches with buildable spreads: a prime rib carving station, shakshuka with crusty sourdough, buttermilk pancakes with local maple syrup, and a bloody mary bar stocked with pickled vegetables from farms in Temecula Valley.

The menu is designed to hold beautifully for three or four hours, so guests can drift in when they’re ready. No stiff seating times, no rushed service. We keep the coffee hot, the mimosas flowing, and the food looking as good at hour three as it did at hour one. You get to host in your pajamas if you want, while we handle everything from plating to the final wipe-down of your kitchen.

Valentine's Day Dinners & Private Chef Experiences

Valentine’s Day catering is where restaurant reservations fall short. The dining rooms are loud, the prix-fixe menus feel rushed, and the drive home kills the mood. We bring the restaurant to you instead. A private chef experience in your own home, with a four-course menu built around what you and your partner actually love to eat. Seared scallops, hand-cut pasta, a chocolate dessert plated tableside.

We’ve catered Valentine’s Day dinners for couples celebrating anniversaries in Newport Beach, proposal dinners in Yorba Linda, and small group dinner parties in Corona. Chef Bill handles the cooking live in your kitchen, a server pours the wine pairings, and the two of you get an uninterrupted evening together. No valet line, no check at the end. Just food that tastes like the occasion deserves.

Easter Brunches & Spring Gatherings

Easter is when Southern California shows off. The citrus is at its peak, the first asparagus is hitting the farm stands, and strawberries from Oxnard are finally worth eating again. We build Easter brunch menus around exactly what’s in season that week. Honey-glazed ham from a local butcher, herb-crusted leg of lamb, deviled eggs with farm-fresh yolks, and a spring vegetable tart that tastes like April on a plate.

Easter gatherings often mean multiple generations under one roof, which means dietary needs multiply fast. Grandma needs low sodium, the kids want mac and cheese, your cousin went vegan last year. We handle all of it without making it a production. Every guest gets a plate that feels made for them, and you get to sit at the table with your family instead of running back and forth to the oven.

Mother's Day Brunches & Family Dinners

Mother’s Day catering exists because taking Mom to a crowded restaurant is not actually the gift she wants. She wants her family around one table, a meal she didn’t have to plan, and a morning without dishes. We cater Mother’s Day brunches at private homes across the Greater Los Angeles area: frittatas with spring vegetables, smoked salmon platters, fresh fruit from Riverside County farms, and a dessert spread that makes the afternoon feel special.

Service is designed to disappear into the background. We set everything up, keep the coffee and mimosas refilled, and clean up while the family is still at the table. Mom doesn’t lift a finger and doesn’t have to make small talk with a server she’s never met. Just a quiet, warm, beautifully executed meal that gives her the one thing she actually asked for: time with the people she loves.

Father's Day BBQs & Backyard Gatherings

Father’s Day catering is less about fine dining and more about doing backyard food exceptionally well. We cater Father’s Day BBQs with slow-smoked brisket that’s been on the smoker since sunrise, dry-rubbed ribs with house-made sauce, grilled corn with cotija and lime, and a potato salad that tastes nothing like the grocery store version. Everything is built for hanging out, not sitting down.

We’ve catered Father’s Day gatherings at homes across Corona, Yorba Linda, and the Inland Empire, usually with a ball game on, a cooler full of beer, and 20 to 40 people rotating through the backyard. The setup is casual but the execution isn’t. Meat is held at temperature, sides are replenished without asking, and Dad gets to stand around the grill telling stories instead of sweating over it. That’s the whole point.

Fourth of July Parties & Summer Celebrations

Fourth of July catering in Southern California means outdoor, casual, and built for crowds. We cater backyard parties, pool gatherings, and community events with menus designed for the heat. Slow-smoked pulled pork sliders, grilled street corn, watermelon and feta salad with mint from our herb partners, and summer fruit pies made with peaches and berries picked that week. Everything travels, everything holds, nothing wilts.

Fireworks nights usually mean a long day, so we stage the food in waves. Lunch spreads early, heavier BBQ mid-afternoon, dessert and coffee as the sun goes down, cold snacks and drinks for after the show. You spend the day in the pool with your kids instead of refilling the cooler, and when the fireworks end, the cleanup is already half done. You host, we run the food, everyone goes home full and happy.

Halloween Parties & Fall Gatherings

Halloween catering gets overlooked, which is a mistake. Adult Halloween parties have become some of the most creative events on the calendar, and the food should match the energy. We cater Halloween gatherings with menus that lean into the season without going gimmicky. Butternut squash risotto, pork belly sliders with apple slaw, a charcuterie board styled in black and amber, and dessert bars with chocolate, caramel, and local honey.

For family-friendly Halloween parties, we shift the menu to handle a mixed crowd. Build-your-own taco bars, pizza stations with fresh mozzarella, warm apple cider, and a dessert spread kids can reach without help. We’ve catered Halloween events at private homes, corporate offices, and neighborhood block parties across the Greater Los Angeles area. Costumes optional for guests, but required for our staff if the host asks nicely.

Thanksgiving Dinners & Gatherings

Thanksgiving is personal. Everyone has their non-negotiable dish: grandma’s stuffing recipe, that specific cranberry sauce, the sweet potato casserole with the marshmallow top. We understand that. That’s why our Thanksgiving catering starts with a conversation about your family’s traditions, not a fixed menu.

What we bring to the table is technique and sourcing. A heritage turkey brined for 48 hours and roasted until the skin crackles. Mashed potatoes made with butter from a Temecula dairy. Roasted root vegetables pulled from farms in Riverside County that morning. We take the dishes you love and make them better than you thought possible, without losing what makes them yours.

Christmas & Holiday Parties

Christmas party catering runs the full spectrum, and we handle all of it. Intimate dinner parties for 12 with a four-course plated menu. Company holiday parties for 150 with carving stations and passed hors d’oeuvres. Casual family gatherings with a build-your-own taco bar and hot chocolate station.

Our team has catered Christmas events at private homes in Corona Hills, corporate offices in Ontario, and event venues throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Each event is different because each client is different. We’ll design a menu and service style that fits your space, your crowd, and your budget.

Family Reunions & Multi-Day Gatherings

When family comes to town for the holidays, the eating doesn’t stop after one meal. We cater multi-day holiday gatherings with flexible service: a formal dinner one night, a brunch spread the next morning, a casual taco bar for the afternoon football game. You get variety without the exhaustion of feeding 30 people three meals a day for four days straight.

Each day is planned around your family’s rhythm, not ours. We coordinate grocery runs, kitchen staging, and serving times with whoever’s hosting, so your home stays functional while the meals keep rolling. By the time the last relative heads home, you’ll have spent the week catching up with your people, not scrubbing roasting pans at midnight.

Corporate Parties & Holiday Events

Corporate holiday party catering is about making your team and clients feel valued. We’ve worked with companies across the Greater Los Angeles area who use their holiday event as the anchor of their employee appreciation strategy, and the food needs to deliver on that promise.

We offer everything from executive sit-down dinners to casual buffet-style parties. Service is polished and professional. Dietary accommodations are handled quietly and completely. And the menu is calibrated to impress without blowing your event budget, because we’ll tell you honestly what makes sense for your guest count and venue.

Why Hire a Professional Holiday Caterer?

Every ingredient is sourced from local Southern California farms we know by name. Every detail is executed with care. And every client walks away saying the same thing: “The food was the best part.”

Hosting a holiday gathering for 20, 50, or 200 guests is a different challenge than cooking dinner for six. The logistics alone – timing multiple courses, maintaining food safety temperatures, accommodating dietary needs across your entire guest list – can turn a celebration into a marathon.

When you bring in our holiday party catering team, here’s what changes:

  • You get your time back. Instead of prepping for two days, you’re greeting guests and filling wine glasses.
  • The food matches the occasion. There’s a real difference between reheated grocery store trays and slow-braised short ribs with a cabernet reduction crafted from scratch that morning.
  • Every dietary need is handled. Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, kosher-style — we design menus where every guest feels included, not like an afterthought.
  • Setup and cleanup disappear. Our team arrives early, sets everything up, serves your guests, and leaves your kitchen cleaner than we found it.

Our Approach to Holiday Menus

Every holiday menu we craft follows three principles perfected over a decade of professional catering:

Local and seasonal first.

We source from farms we know by name across Southern California – produce from Armstrong Ranch, citrus from Corona orchards, herbs and greens from organic growers in Temecula Valley. When ingredients are grown 30 miles away instead of shipped 3,000 miles, you taste the difference. A December menu features butternut squash, pomegranate, persimmons, Meyer lemons, and winter greens at their peak.

Classical technique, zero pretension.

Chef Bill Blackburn trained in classical French cooking at the Epicurean School of Culinary Arts. That foundation means every stock is built properly, every sauce is emulsified with care, and every protein is roasted to the exact right temperature. But the goal isn’t a Michelin-starred dining room experience – it’s food that tastes incredible and makes your holiday feel special. You’ll get a perfectly braised lamb shank, not a foam.

Built around your story, not our template.

Some caterers hand you a fixed menu and tell you to pick Option A or Option B. That’s not how we work. Every holiday menu starts with your preferences, your guest list, your venue, and your traditions. If your family has a pecan pie recipe passed down for four generations, we’ll make it. If you want a full Southern California twist on a traditional holiday spread, we’ll design that too.

What's Included in Our Holiday Party Catering

When you book holiday party catering with us, you’re not getting food dropped off in aluminum pans. Here’s what every holiday party catering package includes:

  • Personal menu consultation – We sit down with you (in person or by phone) to understand your event, your guests, your traditions, and your budget. No pressure, no upselling.

  • Same-day ingredient sourcing – We source from farms and producers across Southern California. You get the freshest ingredients available, and you’re supporting local agriculture.

  • On-site preparation and cooking – Most dishes are prepared fresh at your venue. Your guests smell the garlic and herbs before they see the plates. That’s intentional.

  • Professional service staff – Trained servers who know how to work a room. They plate, pour, clear, and keep everything running without you lifting a finger.

  • Full setup and cleanup – We arrive hours early to set up and stay after the last guest leaves to clean up. Your home or venue goes back to normal.

  • Rental coordination – Need tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, or glassware? We coordinate with local rental companies so you don’t have to make those calls.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions We Get About Our Holiday Event Catering Service

Have questions? You’re not alone. Here are answers to the most common things we’re asked whether you’re planning a Thanksgiving feast, a Valentine Dinner, a Mother’s Day dinner, or a Christmas party for your team.

How far in advance should I book holiday party catering?

As early as possible. Our calendar fills up fast.  We typically start taking end of year holiday bookings in August and September. For Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve/Day, 6-8 weeks minimum. For corporate holiday parties, 4-6 weeks is usually workable. If you’re reading this last minute, call anyway. We’ll tell you honestly if we can make it happen.

How much does holiday party catering cost per person?

Holiday party catering typically ranges from $45 to $150+ per person depending on menu complexity, service style, guest count, and event duration. A casual holiday buffet for 50 guests lands differently than a plated five-course New Year’s Eve dinner for 20. We’ll provide a detailed proposal after your consultation. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Every menu we build accounts for your guests’ dietary needs: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, kosher-style, and more. We don’t treat these as add-ons or afterthoughts. Your gluten-free guest gets a meal that’s just as thoughtfully crafted as everyone else’s.

Do you provide service staff and bartenders?

Yes. Every holiday event includes professional service staff. We also provide bartenders for cocktail service, beer and wine service, or full bar setups. Our staff are experienced, professional, and trained to execute your event seamlessly.

Can I customize the menu completely?

That’s the whole point. We don’t do cookie-cutter holiday menus. If you want a traditional Thanksgiving spread with a few upgrades, great. If you want a whole roasted pig for your Christmas party, we can do that. If you have a family recipe you want us to incorporate, bring it on. The menu is yours – we just make it exceptional.

Ready to Make This Holiday Season Unforgettable?

The holidays are about being present with the people who matter most, not spending three days stress-cooking in your kitchen. Whether you’re planning a Thanksgiving feast for your extended family, a Christmas party for your team, or a New Year’s Eve dinner that sets the tone for the year ahead, our team will handle every detail with championship-level precision.

Ready to start planning? Schedule a free consultation and let’s build a holiday menu your guests will talk about long after the decorations come down.
