The most beautiful weddings happen outside – but the most challenging catering also happens outside. We’ve spent 25 years catering vineyard, estate, beach, and backyard weddings across Corona, Riverside County, and the Inland Empire. We bring the kitchen, the staff, the equipment, and the contingency plans, so your outdoor wedding tastes as good as it looks.
Full-service catering and event planning company

An outdoor wedding sounds simple until you’re standing in a field 90 days out wondering where the kitchen goes, how the food stays hot, what happens if the wind picks up, and whether the plumbing can handle 150 guests. Outdoor wedding catering in Corona is not the same job as indoor catering. It’s a logistics problem first and a culinary problem second. We’ve solved that logistics problem hundreds of times, on vineyards, estates, beaches, and backyards across the Inland Empire, so the food on your wedding day arrives the way you imagined it.
A standard ballroom wedding gets a kitchen, refrigeration, dishwashing, plating space, and staff bathrooms – all built into the venue. An outdoor wedding gets a tent and a power outlet (sometimes).
That gap is where most outdoor wedding food fails. Cold proteins. Soggy passed apps. Plated entrees that arrived 30 minutes after the toast. A crew scrambling because the venue didn’t actually have ice or running water close to the tent.
After years of catering weddings across Corona, we’ve built our outdoor wedding operation around closing that gap. We bring our own mobile kitchen equipment when needed, scout the venue weeks in advance, plan power and water requirements, build a weather contingency, and staff appropriately for outdoor service. The result is food and service that match what you’d get at the best indoor venue in town – at the most beautiful outdoor venue in the Inland Empire.
Every outdoor wedding is different, and our service menu reflects that. Vineyards in Temecula need a different setup than a backyard in Norco. A beach ceremony has different permit and equipment requirements than a hilltop estate. Here’s how we handle each type of outdoor wedding venue across Corona, Riverside County, and the Inland Empire – with the kitchen, staff, and contingency planning each one actually needs.
Catering for weddings at private homes, ranches, and estates – including venues that have never hosted a wedding before. We handle the kitchen build-out, dishware, glassware, linens, and full serving staff. You don’t have to know what’s missing – we already do.
Intimate backyard weddings in Corona, Norco, Eastvale, and across the Inland Empire. We work with the kitchen and outdoor space you have, scale appropriately for guest count (15–150+), and make sure your home isn’t trashed when the night ends.
When the venue is essentially “a beautiful piece of land,” we bring the kitchen, the dishwashing operation, the staging, and the service flow that makes a tented reception feel like a fully-built venue. We do everything so you can enjoy your special day.
Temecula Valley, Riverside County wineries, and Southern California vineyards. We bring full-service catering to venues that often have minimal back-of-house. Menus designed to pair with your venue’s wine list. Service flow designed around the venue’s footprint and guest movement.
Coastal venues, parks, and outdoor destination locations across Southern California. Permits, equipment transport, weather planning, and on-site execution all coordinated by our team. Menus built around what travels well and holds up in sun, wind, and sand so the food still lands the way it’s supposed to.
The Inland Empire and Temecula Valley are some of the best regions in California for outdoor weddings. Mild weather most of the year, dramatic landscapes, and a growing roster of vineyards, estates, and ranches that host weddings beautifully but rely on outside caterers to bring the food operation.
We’ve catered outdoor weddings at venues across:

Outdoor weddings expose every weakness in a catering operation. The wind, the heat, the missing kitchen, the vendor who ran out of ice – any one of those can unravel the whole day. We’ve built our outdoor wedding service around solving those problems before they start, using the same precision we developed feeding professional athletes and the same farm-to-table sourcing that’s been our standard for 25 years. Here’s what couples across the Inland Empire trust us to deliver:

Have questions? You’re not alone. Here are answers to the most common things we’re asked about outdoor weddings.
Yes. We’re set up for venues with zero back-of-house infrastructure. We bring our own equipment, plan the kitchen layout, and stage everything off-site or on-site as needed. Tell us the venue and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
We build a weather contingency into every outdoor wedding plan. For heat, that means coolers and shaded prep areas. For wind, that means stable serving stations and weighted linens. For rain, that means a backup plan worked out with your planner and venue. We don’t get caught off guard.
Yes. Tables, linens, dishware, glassware, flatware, and serving equipment can all be included in your catering package. Most outdoor weddings need rentals coordinated separately from the food, and we have rental partners we work with on most events across the Inland Empire.
We can roll rentals into our proposal as a single line item, or coordinate directly with a rental company you’ve already chosen. Either way, you get one point of contact for the food and service side, and we make sure what arrives at the venue actually matches what goes on the table.
Pricing reflects the menu, guest count, service style, staffing, and any equipment we need to bring (mobile kitchen, dishwashing setup, power generators if the venue lacks adequate power). Every proposal is transparent and itemized.
Yes. We handle gluten-free, vegan, kosher-friendly, and allergy-specific meals with the same care as our main menu. Share the details during planning and every guest is covered.
Absolutely. Backyard weddings are some of our favorite events – intimate, personal, and rooted in a meaningful place. We scale our service to fit residential settings without overwhelming the space.
The best outdoor weddings happen when the catering team treats the venue’s logistics as part of the menu. That’s how we work. Tell us your venue and your date, and we’ll show you what’s possible.
